Huskers Foe Saturday, Purdue Has a Good Passing Attack

Nebraska’s football team will host a Purdue squad Saturday that’s coming off a bye week.

Facing one of the nation’s most difficult schedules, the Boilermakers are 2-5 overall including a 1-3 Big Ten mark under first-year head coach Ryan Walters.  Purdue has one of the Big Ten’s best offenses, ranking fourth in passing yards with more than 230 yards per game.

The Huskers will be looking to end the Boilermakers’ two-game win streak in the all-time series, which Purdue leads 6-5.

Saturday’s kickoff is at 2:30 p.m.  The pregame starts at 10:30 a.m. on News Talk 900 KJSK and at 2 p.m. on  93.5 The Hawk.
