The Nebraska men’s basketball team fell to Indiana 89-64 in the first round of the Big Ten Tournament last night. 

The Hoosiers ended the first half with a 16-1 run and pulled away after the break. NU ends up with a 7-25 record.

Coach Fred Hoiberg, who was in visible discomfort during the game, left the Huskers bench with a few minutes remaining and was taken to a hospital, where he was diagnosed with influenza A, also known as a common cold. 

It was announced during the contest that attendance will be limited throughout the rest of the conference tourney to immediate family members of the participating teams.
