Huskers ’23 Football Slate Features Seven Home Games

Nebraska football will have seven home games, five against Big Ten opponents, next fall. The Big Ten announced its 2023 schedule today.
The Huskers will open next season at Minnesota on Thursday, August 31. NU visits former Big 12 rival Colorado on September 9, before hosting Northern Illinois and Louisiana Tech the next two Saturdays.
Nebraska welcomes Michigan to Lincoln on September 30, and visits Illinois on October 7. After a bye week, the Huskers host Northwestern and Purdue the final two Saturdays next October.
In November, NU alternates road and home games – traveling to Michigan State and Wisconsin, while hosting Maryland and Iowa (on Black Friday).
