Girls basketball subdistrict finals are slated for tonight.
In the C1-5 subdistrict, No. 2 seed Scotus visits top-seeded North Bend Central. The Shamrocks are 15-7 on the season, while the Tigers come in at 15-8. Tipoff is set for 7 p.m. and the game will be broadcast on 93.5 The Hawk.
The C2-5 girls subdistrict final is also a matchup between the top two seeds, with No. 1 Cross County hosting No. 2 Clarkson/Leigh. The Cougars are 22-2 and the Patriots come in at 15-6. It’s a 6 p.m. tipoff on KZ-100.
Elsewhere, Shelby-Rising City visits GACC, Nebraska Christian is at Centura, High Plains Community entertains Nebraska Lutheran and Humphrey St. Francis visits Wynot.
