Girls Golf: Lakeview 2nd, Scotus 4th in Albion Tourney

In girls golf on Saturday, Lakeview finished second and Scotus earned fourth at the Boone Central Invite.
Shamrocks freshman Cecilia Arndt finished second, while the Vikings had four medalists in the top 15.
Boone Central won its 12-team tourney by carding a 394, eight strokes better than Lakeview. Scotus had a team score of 422.
Boone Central’s Abby Brodersen won the event by firing an 82 to finish eight strokes ahead of Arndt. Hannah Kitt had Lakeview’s best score, with her 98 good for fifth. Her Vikings teammates who medaled were: Grace Berkeland at seventh, Ella Meyer in 11th and Torrin Boyer was 12th.
