Former Husker Gutschewski Earns PGA Tour Card

One of the top golfers in NU history, Scott Gutschewski will be back on the PGA Tour next season. 

He became one of 50 players on this season’s Korn Ferry Tour to earn a PGA Tour card.  It will be Gutschewski’s fifth appearance on the PGA Tour.  He earned his first card in 2005, then returned in ‘07, ‘09 and 2011. 

The Elkhorn resident lettered at Nebraska in the late 1990s.  He helped the Huskers to a 14th-place team finish at the NCAA Championships in 1999.
