Flyers Tabbed by World-Herald as All-Sports Champ

Humphrey St. Francis has been selected by the Omaha World-Herald as the Class D All-Sports champion in Nebraska for the last school year. 

The Flyers finished with 74 points in the publication’s scoring system.  That was ten points better than runner-up Falls City Sacred Heart. 

Humphrey/Lindsay Holy Family finished fourth in the combined boys-girls standings with 36 points.

In the boys standings, St. Francis tied Sacred Heart on top with 38 points each.  In the girls standings, the Flyers and Pleasanton tied for most points with 36 apiece. 

St. Francis was the undefeated D2 state champion in football.  The Flyers were state runner-ups in volleyball and boys and girls basketball.
