Everitt Named Big Ten Co-Player of the Week

Nebraska catcher Griffin Everitt received a weekly Big Ten honor today.
The Huskers senior was named the conference’s co-player of the week, sharing the honor with Maryland’s Tony Schreffler Jr.
Everitt hit .450 with 10 RBI and seven runs in six games last week. The Lincoln native belted four home runs, two doubles and a triple in NU’s games against Omaha, New Mexico State and Texas A&M-Corpus Christi.
