Eight-Man Football All-Star Game is Saturday on KZ-100

The Sertoma Eight-Man Football All-Star Game is set for this Saturday. This will be the Nebraska Eight-Man Football Coaches Association’s 45th annual game.
The head coach for the East team is Howells-Dodge football coach Mike Speirs. Two Jaguars, running back Levi Belina and tight end R.J. Bayer are on the East roster. They’re joined by several other area players, among them Cross County’s Carter Seim and Damon Mickey, Clarkson-Leigh’s Eli Hays and Mitch Beeson, Jacob Sjuts of Humphrey/Lindsay Holy Family and Tanner Pfeifer of St. Francis. Riverside’s Tony Berger is on the West team.
Saturday’s game will be played at Adams Central High in Hastings, with kickoff set for 6 p.m. You can hear the action on KZ-100.
