Discoverers Host District Track & Field Meet Today

Columbus High is hosting the A-1 district track meet today at Pawnee Park Stadium.  The Discoverers girls and boys will be competing against track and field athletes from seven other schools. 

Other district meets in Class A and D will be held today, while Lakeview and Scotus will be among the teams competing in Class B and C district meets on Thursday.  The Vikings and Shamrocks, along with Schuyler and the host Cardinals are in the B-4 district meet that will be held tomorrow at Boone Central High.

The state track and field championships are on tap May 19-22 at Omaha Burke Stadium.
