Discoverers Downed by G.I. in HAC Volleyball Tournament

Columbus High’s volleyball team was swept by Grand Island last night in the quarterfinals of the HAC tournament.
The Islanders downed the Discoverers 25-19, 25-23, 25-19 at Lincoln East. Columbus slipped to 1-1 in the tourney and 17-12 on the season.
CHS will face Fremont in a consolation match tonight at Lincoln Southeast.
