CU Women’s Soccer Club Picked to Finish Fifth in Big East

The Creighton women’s soccer team has been picked to finish fifth in the Big East. The preseason coaches’ poll released yesterday had Georgetown as the choice to win the title, with Butler, UConn and Providence also ranked ahead of Creighton.
Bluejays sophomore Aida Kardovic was named to the preseason all-conference team. She led CU with nine points, coming on four goals and one assist, in 2020.
The Jays open the 2021 campaign next Thursday at home against Montana.
