CHS Track & Field Highlights From Kearney Invite

The Columbus High track and field team competed in the Kearney Invite last Friday. The Discoverers girls finished fifth, while the boys were sixth out of nine varsity teams.
Elizabeth Wemhoff won both the 100 and 200-meter dashes. She was also part of the girls’ 4-by-100 meter relay team that took second.
On the boys’ side, Carsen Marking earned third in the pole vault and Caleb Mulder was third in the 400 meter dash.
