CHS Baseball Edged 2-1, Losing Skid is Five Games

Columbus High’s baseball team lost its fifth straight game yesterday, as the Discoverers were edged 2-1 at Norris. 

Columbus broke a scoreless tie in the top of the third, when Jarrett Bell drove in Grant Anderson.  But, the Titans tallied two runs in the bottom of the sixth. 

Bell took the loss, allowing two runs on three hits over five innings with no walks and three strikeouts.  The Discoverers are 1-5 on the season.
