Buford, Kemp May Be Able to Play at Michigan State

If Nebraska can record its sixth win of the season tomorrow at Michigan State, the Huskers become bowl eligible for the first time since 2016.

Coach Matt Rhule said yesterday NU may be getting two players back from injuries.  Defensive back Marques Buford, who has yet to play this season, will be a game-time decision.

And the offense may get some help from receiver Billy Kemp.  “Billy’s not fully cleared yet,” Rhule said.  “But, he’s making remarkable progress.  So, we’ll travel Billy and warm him up before the game.  Maybe he’ll have some sort of an impact on the game.”

Tomorrow’s kickoff is at 11 a.m.  The pregame begins at 7 on News Talk 900 KJSK and at 10:30 on 93.5 The Hawk.
