The Columbus High boys’ cross country team won yesterday’s GNAC meet in North Platte.

The Discoverers had 47 points, edging the host Bulldogs by one point for the title. Coach Dave Licari said it’s the first time the boys have won the conference meet in at least 20 years.

The CHS girls finished fifth out of six teams, with 95 points, while Hastings took the crown.
