Bison Go 1-1 on First Day of State Softball Tourney

Central City went 1-1 on the first day of the Class C state softball tournament. 

The number-8 seed Bison knocked off top-seeded GACC 6-4 in Hastings yesterday morning.  But in the afternoon, Central City was defeated by number-5 seed Kearney Catholic 11-1 in four innings. 

Number-3 Bishop Neumann joined the Stars in going 2-0 yesterday, posting wins over Hastings St. Cecilia and Malcolm.
