Aquinas Wins Saturday, Prep Football This Week

In high school football, Aquinas Catholic won its second straight game on Saturday.
On homecoming, the Monarchs shutout Grand Island Central Catholic 23-0. Aquinas is now 2-2 and will host Louisville on Friday.
Columbus High and David City both have Thursday games this week. The Discoverers visit Lincoln East, while the Scouts play at Centura.
On Friday night, Lakeview visits Wahoo on KZ-100 and Scotus entertains Arlington. There will also be a 3 p.m. game Friday on 93.5 The Hawk, when Shelby-Rising City visits Madison.
