Weidner to Miss Nebraska Women’s Basketball Season

Nebraska guard Allison Weidner suffered a right leg injury in practice last Friday.
The former Humphrey St. Francis star is expected to miss the entire season.
Weidner started the Huskers’ first 13 games as a sophomore last year before suffering a season-ending injury to her left leg. She averaged better than 10 points and six rebounds per game prior to that injury.
