Vikings, Shamrocks, Monarchs Make Football Playoffs

Lakeview’s 42-14 win over Scotus last Friday meant both football teams made it into the Class C1 playoffs.
In the bracket that came out Saturday morning, the Shamrocks are seeded 16th and will visit No. 1 seed Wahoo Friday at 7 p.m. The game will be broadcast on KLIR 101.
Lakeview is the 15th seed and will visit second-seeded Boone Central Friday at 7 on KZ-100.
Aquinas also just made it into the C2 playoffs. The 16th-seeded Monarchs will play at top-seeded Norfolk Catholic Friday at 7 p.m.
The other game on the air Friday is in the D2 playoffs. No. 7 seed Humphrey St. Francis hosts 10th-seeded Axtell at 5 p.m. on 93.5 The Hawk.
