Vikings Basketball Teams Post Home Victories Tuesday

Lakeview’s boys and girls basketball squads each posted a home win over Logan View/Scribner-Snyder last night.
The Vikings boys rallied from a 23-21 halftime deficit to win 47-36. Levi Hrouda had 11 points and three steals, Clayton Thomson had seven points and eight rebounds and Jacob Dawson added eight points and five boards. Lakeview snapped a three-game losing skid to move to 2-3.
The Vikings girls were tied with the Raiders 20-all at the end of regulation. Lakeview outscored the visitors 6-3 in overtime to win 26-23, improving to 1-4. Cali Bentz led the Vikings with 10 points.
Both Lakeview teams will host David City on Saturday.
