Shelley Fills Scorebook in Huskers’ Record-Setting Win
Jaz Shelley became the first Husker in history with a pair of career triple-doubles as Nebraska had a record-setting win last night.
Shelley produced 19 points, 10 rebounds and 11 assists as NU pounded UNC Wilmington 108-35 at Pinnacle Bank Arena. The 73-point margin of victory was Nebraska’s largest ever over a Division I team.
The Huskers are 7-2 and will open Big Ten play Saturday afternoon with a game at Michigan State.
