The Scotus boys cross country team is ranked No. 10 in the Class C preseason rankings.
The Nebraska Cross Country Coaches Association released the rankings on Tuesday. Boone Central’s boys team is listed as a Class C contender. Gothenburg, the defending state champion in boys cross country, is No. 1.
In the Class C girls rankings, the Shamrocks and Cardinals are listed as contenders. Auburn’s girls, which finished second at last year’s state meet, top the rankings.
