Satterfield Not Happy With Players’ Energy Level Tuesday

Nebraska offensive coordinator Marcus Satterfield admitted even for a South Carolinian it was hot for the Huskers practice Tuesday.

But he said it was good because the team will have to play a game in those conditions sometime this year.

However, he wasn’t happy with the players’ energy level.  “We need to improve on the focus, we need to improve on the urgency,” Satterfield said.  “We came out today a little bit flat, which we don’t ever want to do.”

Satterfield was also asked for his thoughts on the first day the team was able to use its new locker room facilities.  “It’s really nice, top of the line everything,” Satterfield said.  He noted the new facility will help with players’ recovery and in Husker recruiting.
