Rhule Says Speedy Young Receivers Are Ready to Go

When Nebraska football hosts Northwestern tomorrow, the Huskers will be playing without receiver Marcus Washington, the most recent player to suffer a season-ending injury.
But Coach Matt Rhule says NU’s young receivers have had two great weeks of practice and they’re ready to go. “They’re as fast as any group of receivers in the country,” Rhule said yesterday.
Kickoff at Memorial Stadium is set for 2:30 p.m. The pregame starts at 10:30 a.m. on News Talk 900 KJSK. It will be joined at 2 on 93.5 The Hawk.
