Prep Volleyball on KLIR Tonight, CU Wins, CCC Drops Two

Lakeview hosts the C1-6 subdistrict volleyball tournament.
In tonight’s semifinals on KLIR 101, the Vikings will battle rival Scotus at 7 p.m., following the 5 p.m. match between David City and North Bend Central.
In college volleyball, Creighton earned its fifth consecutive sweep with a 3-0 win at Providence on Saturday. The Bluejays improved to 17-4 overall and 8-2 in the Big East.
CCC lost two matches Saturday at Norfolk. The Raiders were defeated in five sets by Southeastern CC and were swept by Northeast CC. Central finished the regular season with a 20-10 record.
