Nebraska’s baseball team has landed a top Division II hitter via the transfer portal.
Outfielder Clay Bradford announced his commitment on social media yesterday. The 6-foot-4 left-handed hitter was a two-way player at St. Mary’s in San Antonio, Texas. In his second season there this year, he hit .419 with 14 home runs and 54 RBI. He also started 11 games, going 4-5 with a 7.69 ERA.
He’s the latest addition to the Huskers’ 2023 roster, joining pitchers Brooks Kneifl and Tyner Horn who committed to NU this week.
