Nebraska defensive coordinator Tony White is a nominee for this season’s Broyles Award, which honors college football’s top assistant coach.
White is among 57 nominees for this year’s award.
And the Huskers’ Marco Ortiz is one of 10 long snappers in the nation named a semifinalist for the Patrick Mannelly Award, presented annually to the top snapper in the FBS.
