Nebraska volleyball is tied for No. 5 in the preseason AVCA coaches poll.
The Huskers shared the No. 5 ranking with Pittsburgh. Defending national champion Texas is No. 1. Creighton is ranked 18th.
NU will play its Red-White scrimmage Saturday at 6 p.m., while the Bluejays host Northern Colorado on Saturday at 1 p.m. in an exhibition match.
