Merrick County Sheriff’s Office Warning of Thefts

CENTRAL CITY- The Merrick County Sheriff’s Office is investigating several reports of thefts from vehicles.
Several of the thefts occurred from vehicles in Clarks, Archer, rural Central City, and Palmer. The Sheriff’s Office is asking residents to remove all valuables from your vehicle, lock up your car, house, windows, gates, and sheds. Also leave exterior lights, security cameras, and alarm systems.
