McConnaughey Earns Big Ten Pitcher of the Week

Nebraska pitcher Mason McConnaughey was named Monday Big Ten Pitcher of the Week.
McConnaughey shut out the Big Ten’s top offense across seven innings in the Huskers’ 16-1 romp at Rutgers last Saturday.
He matched his career high with nine strikeouts and worked around six singles while not issuing a walk in moving to 4-2 on the season.
