Nebraska linebacker Luke Reimer has been named to the Lombardi Award watch list.
Reimer was one of 80 players in the nation selected for the list. The award is presented annually to the offensive or defensive lineman or interior linebacker who exemplifies the character and discipline of NFL Hall of Fame coach Vince Lombardi.
Reimer has led the Huskers in tackles each of the past two seasons. He enters his senior season with 245 career tackles, which ranks 15th in Nebraska history.
