It was rumored last week that former Nebraska quarterback Casey Thompson could be headed back to Lincoln.
The Florida Atlantic signal caller entered the transfer portal last week. Recent reports have suggested a reunion with the Huskers is unlikely.
A report in Sooners Insider has Oklahoma fans thinking Thompson may wind up there. Casey is the son of former OU quarterback Charles Thompson and he entered the portal about the same time that the Sooners backup QB, Davis Beville, announced he was transferring from Norman.
