Lakeview’s Loseke, H/LHF Teams Qualify For State Bowling

Jordyn Loeske of the Lakeview girls bowling team has made school history by qualifying for the state tournament.

Loseke finished third in Tuesday’s B-4 district girls bowling tournament at Kings Lanes in Norfolk.  The sophomore became the first girls state qualifier in the program’s history.  The Lakeview girls team lost to Boone Central in the semifinals, while Humphrey/Lindsay Holy Family won the team title.

The Vikings boys finished district runner-up for the second straight year, beating the Cardinals in the semifinals, but falling to the Bulldogs in the finals.  H/LHF’s boys and girls qualified for state as teams by winning the district titles.
