Lakeview Boys First, Girls Third at David City Track Invite

The Lakeview boys track and field team took first place at the David City Invite Thursday.
The Vikings earned gold medals in 10 events. Jaden McFarland won both the 110 and 300-meter hurdles. His Lakeview teammate Parker Osten was first in the shot put and discus throw.
In the girls meet, David City topped the team standings with a four-point win over Aquinas and Lakeview was third. The Vikings Erinn Briggs won in shot put and discus.
