Jeff Sims Named to Davey O’Brien Award Watch List

Nebraska’s Jeff Sims was one of 35 quarterbacks in the nation named yesterday to the Davey O’Brien Award preseason watch list.
Sims is in his first season with the Huskers after spending three years at Georgia Tech.
Last season, Sims threw for 1,115 yards and five touchdowns in seven starts, adding 288 yards rushing.
