Jarron “Boogie” Coleman Joining Husker Men’s Hoops Team

Guard Jarron “Boogie” Coleman has announced he’s transferring to the Nebraska men’s basketball team.

The 6-foot-5 Coleman averaged 14.3 points per game for Ball State last season.  He added 4.9 rebounds and 3.8 assists per contest, earning second-team All-MAC honors.

Coleman represents some insurance for Iowa transfer Ahron Ulis, who has been charged in a gambling scandal involving the Iowa and Iowa State programs.  His status with the Huskers is not yet known.
