Nebraska baseball welcomes rival Omaha to Haymarket Park tonight.
It’s the only meeting this season between the two teams after the Mavericks took two of three games from the Big Red last season. Mason McConnaughey takes the mound for the Huskers tonight after beginning the year in the bullpen. The sophomore is 1-2 with a 2.38 ERA and has racked up 16 strikeouts in 11.1 innings.
