Husker Football Team Adds Walk-on Kicker

Nebraska’s football team has added a walk-on kicker.  Ryan Novosel, a high school kicker from Winnetka, Illinois, announced his decision on social media yesterday. 

Novosel received 4½ stars and is ranked number 100 in the Kohl’s Kicking rankings. The Huskers used six kickers last season, but linebacker Lane McCallum is the only one still on NU’s roster.

Novosel also handled kickoffs and punts for the New Trier High Trevians.
