Hoiberg Says Experienced Huskers Come to Compete Every Day

Nebraska men’s basketball coach Fred Hoiberg said his job is made easier this year because the players come to work and compete every day.

Hoiberg was speaking at Big Ten Basketball Media Days yesterday in Minneapolis.  He said Nebraska is the oldest team in the Big Ten with nine players that have four years of experience or more.

Hoiberg also noted the Huskers have over 50 percent of their scoring back from last year, when NU went 5-1 in the final month.
