Four-star prospect Preston Taumua committed to Nebraska football early this morning.
The 6-foot-4, 315-pound offensive tackle is the top rated prospect in Hawaii. Taumua, who is ranked as high as the No. 178 player in the country by ESPN, becomes the 24th member and fourth offensive lineman of the Huskers’ 2024 recruiting class.
He’s the fifth four-star prospect to pledge to NU for 2024. Nebraska’s class for that season is ranked in the top 20 nationally and top 5 in the Big Ten by rivals.com.
