Discoverers Volleyball Team Wins Tourney in Hastings

Columbus High’s volleyball team went 3-0 to win a tournament in Hastings on Saturday.
The Discoverers beat Kearney in two sets in the opening match, then topped Platteview 2-1. In the championship match, CHS beat Grand Island Northwest 2-0. Columbus upped its record to 10-9.
The Discoverers will host the Columbus Invite on Saturday.
