Discoverers Sweep Kearney in Opening Round of HAC Volleyball Tourney

Columbus High volleyball swept Kearney in the opening round of the Heartland Athletic Conference tournament last night.
Playing on their home court, the Discoverers won 25-19, 25-23, 25-22. Addi Johnson led CHS with 15 kills and Ayla Janssen had nine kills and two ace serves.
Columbus’ fourth straight win pushed its record to 17-11.
