Discoverers Softball Team Shutout Twice, Other Scores

Columbus High’s softball club was shutout by Lincoln East in both ends of a doubleheader Thursday at Bradshaw Park. 

The Discoverers were blanked 11-0 and 10-0.  CHS fell to 4-12 and will host Omaha Central next Tuesday. 

In other action, Twin River won twice, 15-2 over Cuming County and 8-4 over Highway 91, Aquinas shutout GACC 10-0, Central City topped Blue River 10-2, and Schuyler fell to Crete 18-1.
