Discoverers Boys in Action Today, CHS Girls Lost Thursday

Columbus High’s boys basketball team visits Norfolk today in a HAC tournament consolation game. 

Both teams are hungry for a win.  The Discoverers look to snap a six-game losing streak that has them at 1-8 on the season.  The Panthers have also lost six in a row and are 1-6. 

Columbus’ girls lost in the quarterfinals yesterday at Lincoln Northeast, falling to the Rockets 47-40.  The loss evened the Discoverers’ record at 5-5.
