Discoverers Baseball Shaded by Panthers 2-1

Columbus High’s baseball team was edged at Norfolk, 2-1 on Saturday.
The Panthers broke a scoreless tie with two runs in the bottom of the fifth. The Discoverers scored a run in the sixth, but wound up losing to their Maroon Cup rival for the second time in three days.
CHS is 4-13 and will host Elkhorn on Tuesday. First pitch tomorrow is set for 5 p.m. on KLIR 101.
