CU Men’s Hoops Drops to No. 22 in AP Poll

Creighton men’s basketball plunged 10 spots to No. 22 in this week’s AP rankings.
The Bluejays lost their only game last week, falling to Villanova 68-66 in overtime. The USA Today did not release a coaches poll on Monday due to the Christmas holiday. The Jays, who are 9-3, have a No. 13 NET ranking.
Creighton will visit tenth-ranked Marquette Saturday at 1 p.m. The game will be televised on CBS.
Meanwhile, the CU women’s basketball team stayed at No. 21 in the AP Top 25 released on Christmas Day. The Bluejays host St. John’s on Saturday.
