Columbus Takes Fourth, Barnes is Third Individually in Lincoln

Columbus High’s boys golf team opened its season yesterday by finishing fourth in the Lincoln High Invite at Highlands Golf Course.
Individually, the Discoverers were led by junior Keaton Barnes who fired a 76 to take third. His CHS teammate Owen Lawrence earned 10th place with an 84.
As a team, Columbus carded a 357 while Gretna topped the eight-team tournament at 301.
