Columbus Swimming Falls to Links, But Wins Seven Events

Columbus High’s swimming teams were both defeated in a dual Thursday at Lincoln High.
The Discoverers girls fell 91-76. Erinn Biggs took first in the girls 200 freestyle and 100 breaststroke. Mary Faltys won the 50 freestyle and Mallory Brittenham was tops in diving.
The Columbus boys lost 89-48. Discoverers who placed first were Conor Zobel Stevens in the 100 butterfly, Kyle Chen in the 100 breaststroke and Nathaniel Navarrete in diving.
