Columbus Seniors Host LSE Today, Junior Blues Play Tomorrow

The Cornerstone Insurance Group Columbus Seniors will host Lincoln Southeast today.
First pitch is slated for 5 p.m. at Pawnee Park’s Legion Field. Cornerstone takes a 10-7 record into the game.
That contest was scheduled to be followed by the OneUnited Federal Credit Union Junior Blues meeting South Sioux City in a makeup game that had been postponed on June 11th. However, the visitors have forfeited so the contest is canceled and the Junior Blues’ record will improve to 4-8.
The Junior Blues will entertain Gretna in a doubleheader tomorrow starting at 5 p.m. Friday is Fan Appreciation Day with all fans receiving free admission and free popcorn. OneUnited Federal Credit Union will also be at Legion Field handing out free T-shirts.
